Awnings: Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the delivery and installation?
Delivery on Awnings is approximately 6 weeks. Installation does not normally take more than a day; however, every job is unique. If your Awning is proving to be slightly stubborn to work with, it may take 2-3 days to complete.

Can I make changes to an order that I have already placed?
No. As the product is custom made, once the Awning has gone into production, it is not possible to amend your order.

I love them! But are they safe?
Yes! All our Awnings are safely installed, as our surveyors always ensure that the area where the Awning is planned to be fitted, is structurally sound. We use the highest quality fixings to ensure that the Awning stays in place.

With all motorized Awnings, we also provide a free wind sensor which helps us sleep peacefully at night, as well as yourself.

Kid friendly?
It is indeed. The fabrics used for our Awnings are UV rated to ensure that both yours and your child’s skin is protected from any harmful UV rays.

Try to keep the remote control out of reach from children, as they might find the Awning incredibly fun to play with!

Warranty?
All our Awnings come with a manufacture-backed 5-year warranty, against parts and labour.

What are my payment options?
We operate on a 50% deposit upfront, 40% is due for shipping and then the final 10% is due on completion of the project.

We take all major debit and credit cards but preferably, we would recommend Faster Payments (Bank Transfer). You can even scan our SquareUp QR Code for additional convenience as a service we offer to take payment.
