What is Outashades’ involvement in the project?
Here at Outashade, we design and build your Outdoor Kitchen from scratch according to your requests and preferences.

How will my Outdoor Kitchen be designed?
We will come to you for a free site visit and inspect the area where you would like to build your Outdoor Kitchen. We will then measure and design a preliminary sketch of how your kitchen will look in your own space. We will then ask you for your preferred requirements i.e. Fridge, Side Burner, Sink and BBQ, and then use these amenities to sketch your Outdoor Kitchen.

If you approve or would like to continue, we will send your designs to our CGI team to implement a mock-up/model for you through technical specifications. Once you have confirmed that you are happy with your design, your Outdoor Kitchen will go into production.

How long is the delivery and installation?
Depending on stock of BeefEater Products (for the BBQ), delivery will typically take around 6 weeks, and installation normally requires 2 days to complete.

Can I make changes to an order that I have already placed?
Yes, it is possible to make changes to your order, depending on how far your project has progressed. As our Outdoor Kitchens are bespoke and made by our in-house specialists, it enables us to be able to make changes to the specification to suit your preferences.

Do I need Planning Permission?
Planning consent is not required for Outdoor Kitchens.

How much does an Outdoor Kitchen cost?
As all our Outdoor Kitchens are tailor-made and bespoke, our Outdoor Kitchens can range anywhere from £5,000+.

What are my Payment Options?
We operate on a 50% deposit upfront, 40% is due for delivery/dispatch and then the final 10% is due on completion of the project.

We take all major debit and credit cards but preferably, we would recommend Faster Payments (Bank Transfer). You can even scan our SquareUp QR Code for additional convenience as a service we offer to take payment.

What materials do you use for the countertop?
As all our products are custom-made and unique, we can customize your countertop from a range of materials that suit your requests. Granite is always our preferred option, as it leaves a beautiful finishing touch.

What materials do you use for the cabinets?
All our cabinets are made from stainless steel, which produces a stunning finish to the BBQ.

Is there a cover?
Yes, we can complement your BBQ with a cover, or we can even produce a full cover custom made to tailor your requirements. Please be advised that this entails as an additional product/accessory to your Outdoor Kitchen.

I love them! But are they safe for me and my family?
Yes! We recommend isolating the gas supply to ensure that your child/children cannot access it. It is also not advised to leave the area unsupervised without an Adult or Parent/Guardian present.

My garden is quite small, can I still have an Outdoor Kitchen?
Yes! We will measure and design your Outdoor Kitchen according to the size of your garden.

Whether it is big or small, our Outdoor Kitchens will compliment your space and meet that WOW-factor.
