What is a Pergola?
A Pergola is a freestanding structure which can be added to any outdoor space.

How long is the delivery and installation?
Once an order has been placed, the materials will arrive within 6 – 8 weeks and the installation period will take 3 days.

Ideally, we aim to begin the process by measuring the space and designing your Pergola along with all the technical specifications. We will then dispatch your order to commence the manufacturing stage. This will then result in the delivery of your Pergola arriving either directly to the site, or to our offices. Once it arrives, we will begin installation!

Can I make changes to an order that I have already placed?
No. However, you can add additional products to your Pergola. For example, you could include lighting, heating, blinds or sliding doors. You can even turn your Pergola into your own home gym!

Kid friendly?
Yes, very robust and controlled via remote control.

Try to keep the remote control out of reach from children, as they might find the Pergola incredibly fun to play with!

How do I control my Pergola?
Almost all our Pergolas are remote controlled, however some Pergolas can even be controlled through an App or Alexa. This feature is called Home Automation.

Pergolas that have the added Home Automation feature can connect to an innovative e-Connect system, thanks to an advanced remote control and devices for management via smartphone. This makes it possible to interact with the product at any time, recall scenarios, have confirmation that the commands given have been executed, or know if there has been the action of a sensor.

Warranty?
All our Pergolas come with a 5-year warranty; however, we do offer a 10-year warranty, providing you take on our Outashade Service Plan. Please see our T&Cs for more information on how to obtain this.

What is the Maximum Size?
The maximum width of a single Pergola is 5 metres tall and about 6 metres long. However, we can couple Pergolas together to cover infinite space.

What are they made of?
All our Pergolas are made from aluminium, which results in a finished product that is lightweight and durable.

Do I need Planning Permission?
Planning consent is not typically an issue with home renovations, with the exception of grade listed buildings.

What are my Payment Options?
We operate on a 50% deposit upfront, 40% is due for shipping and then the final 10% is due on completion of the project.

We take all major debit and credit cards but preferably, we would recommend Faster Payments (Bank Transfer). You can even scan our SquareUp QR Code for additional convenience as a service we offer to take payment.
